Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free preview

You can create and preview your invitation for free. You are charged only when you choose to publish.

2. When you can get a refund

If a payment is taken but your invitation is not published because of a technical fault on our side, we will publish it or refund you in full. If you were charged twice for the same order, the extra payment will be refunded.

3. After publishing

Because your invitation is a digital product made for you and goes live immediately, payments are generally not refundable after publishing. If something is wrong, contact us first. We will fix errors in the design or content for you at no cost.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually reach you in 5–7 working days.

Contact us using the details on our home page and include your receipt number.
