1. About the service

{BRAND} lets you create a digital wedding invitation from a template, publish it at a personal link, and share it with your guests. By creating an account or paying, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account. You must be at least 18 years old to buy.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, names and text you upload. You allow us to store and display them to run your invitation. You promise that you have the right to use them, and that they are not unlawful, hateful or someone else’s private information. We may remove content or invitations that break this rule.

4. Music

You may link songs from YouTube. We do not host or own the music. Songs play through YouTube’s own player and can be removed or blocked by their owners at any time.

5. Plans, payment and validity

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Payment is made once per invitation through Razorpay. Your invitation stays online for the period stated in your plan, counted from the publish date. After that it may be archived or removed.

6. Our templates

Designs, illustrations and code belong to {BRAND} or its licensors. You may use them only for your own invitation. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted. We are not liable for losses caused by outages of third-party services such as YouTube, Google Maps or your internet provider. Please also share the key details with guests directly.
